The main aim of this article is to shed light on the establishment more resilient road networks, which can operate and interact regularly with surrounding complex-built environment systems during various natural hazards such as earthquakes. This study integrating engineering judgment numerical methods create a comprehensive evaluation for assessing accessibility rates networks. Moreover, it validating significance integrated seismic assessment critical sectors in society, improving emergency adapting improved mitigation strategies communities that live disaster-prone districts. In respect, investigates vulnerability results, aiming at underpinning understanding network risks by discussing results calculated probability damage parameters roadway its assets. A comparative performed effect spatially variable ground motions different states investigated four parameters. These extracted are used weighting calculate intrinsic index scores. Furthermore, eccentric calculated, following steps debris width resulting from collapsed buildings extracting through concluding effective values. Subsequently, variation between risk system developed focus integration asset functionality generating heat maps take into consideration correlation all indices.
